A rude awakening in comfort

The spacious room was a good surprise, equipped with a large TV and a quick check-in process, made settling in easy. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with diverse offerings!

Unfortunately, the noise from the parking lot made it nearly impossible to sleep. The staff at the front desk seemed disinterested and unhelpful, undermining an otherwise pleasant stay.

Perfect and convenient location of the hotel, short walk to Solastranden as well as easy to get bus. Extremely helpful and very amiable staff, very good service.

The extra bed is for children, an adult with little weight and nothing like that. They should improve this, they have room to put 3 single beds and they don't offer a triple room for three adults.

The best of all buffet breakfast, very varied, is worth staying here and enjoy a good breakfast. Very close to the airport but no noise is heard. 15 min walk you can get there by bicycle/pedestrian car. I would certainly stay here again. Good value for money.

I loved that the hotel was just a short walk from Sola Beach and only a few kilometers from Hafrsfjord. The delicious breakfast was a wonderful way to start each day for my weekend getaway.

No rooms for smokers, nor smoking lounges: people has to smoke outside, under the rain.

The room is spacious and comfortable

To enter before 3pm you have to pay 10 euros. And breakfast on Sunday opens later, we were not told and we had to wait 45 min to open again, as we were in a hurry to go to the airport and could not enjoy it....

Clean bathrooms with good facilities, variety of TV channels, quick check-in

The noise from motorcycles outside was unbearable!!! The air conditioning felt dysfunctional. The absence of basic in-room facilities like a phone or coffee maker was disappointing!!! Improvements needed!!!

Excellent buffet breakfast.

Despite checking about free airport shuttle there was a charge of 20 krone per person each way. Despite us informing Booked.net that our arrival would be late due to flight times, on checking in we were given a room already occupied! However the night staff were extremely helpful and upgraded us. However several times over our stay (2 nights) we had to go back down to reception from the top floor to have our key cards reinstated.

Nice breakfast but super hot rooms!

The breakfast was awesome, and the coffee at the bar was on point. The room was way too hot, and I couldn't get a good night's sleep since there were no proper AC units. Once I finally got a fan, it didn't help much. The lounge area was cozy though.

Not far away from Stavanger Airport and this is good for early flight as there is no early shuttle bus but you may walk

Souna was not operating, there were no bathrobe and slippers

Very close to the airport. Nice breakfast and free internet. For early flight there was prepered a special food package to take with me.

No free shuttle bus to/from airport after 10.00 and before 7.00. I had a flight at 6.00 and had to take a taxi.Too expensive.

The lounge area was bright and inviting, perfect for relaxation after a day of travel. The hotel's accessibility.

More accessible seating in dining area would help.

Modern hotel with outstanding food and excellent location near to the runway close by, Solastranden and early morning flight. Well-designed and functional rooms with extra bed, good services. What a fairly nice stay, nothing to complain about.

Good breakfast!

The hotel staff was quite rude and service was non existent. As we arrived quite late we asked in our reservation for a pick up from the airport via free hotel shuttle. On arrival we called the hotel which told us to take a taxi, hanging up on us. Arriving to the hotel we read the free airport shuttle by the hotel is only available Mo-Fr during certain hours (which makes no sense what so ever). The ride from the airport was only 3 minutes max but costed us 15Euros :(.
